Condolence: I worked with Stig at CEIC Sudbury. Stig was a wonderful friend to First Nation Communities and fair to all. I have wonderful memories of this gentle giant, his frank expressions and hope for a better world. He will be missed. Rest in Peace Stig.

Condolence: Stig was a colleague at the Job Creation Branch in the mid 70s. Excellent memories of the man's sense of humour and dedication; and his love of Manitoulin.

Who knew just a few short years ago that, somewhat late in life, we would end up becoming family..?
But the circle widened and we gained another father in Eberhardt, and another sister and brother in you and Stig. xo

We will miss his big heart, his mischievious sense of humour, his intelligence and wit, and his love for the people and land of the north... and both yours and his generous spirit toward our whole family.

We did not have enough time together.

But we hope and believe for a future he is experiencing now that our earthly eyes cannot see.
