In loving memory of Anne Hussak (nee Kozachanko) who passed away at Extendicare York on Sunday, May 6th, 2018 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of Iwan “John” Hussak predeceased 2004. Loving mother of Mike Hussak and Patricia Sutton (Craig) both of Sudbury & David Kozachanko (wife Trish). Cherished grandmother of Jason of Ottawa, Jonathan (Kristen) of Florida, Lianne of Sudbury, Callen & Alysha and great granddaughter Sophie. Will be missed by her daughter-in-law Mary Lou Hussak. Anne was an avid volunteer with St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church and the Ukrainian Senior’s Centre. A private family service will be held at the Civic Memorial Cemetery where Anne will be interred beside her husband. If desired, donations to St. Mary’s Church would be appreciated.
