Peacefully, Friday, November 8th, 2019 at Health Sciences North,
with loving family and friends at her side.

Beloved wife of Kenneth McDonald predeceased 1987. Loving mother of Karen. Dear daughter of Arthur and Mildred (Boucher) Johnson both predeceased. Dear sister of the late Floyd Johnson, Emily Prete, and Clarence Johnson, all predeceased. Sister-in-law of the late Marjorie Saddington, Franklin McDonald, and Jean Dunning, all predeceased. Proud Godmother and cherished aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by many friends.

Marion married Ken on August 31st, 1963. A devout Roman Catholic, she attended St. Clement’s Church and then Our Lady of Hope Church. She was a dedicated and well-respected, 47-year member of the Catholic Women’s League in the parish and regional council, having held various executive positions, and having received the Maple Leaf Service Award for outstanding work and leadership. She had been secretary-treasurer of the family business, Johnson Cartage, retiring in 2004 with 51 years service.

Interment in the family plot at the Civic Memorial Cemetery.
