Normand “Norm” Mayer
60 years
Thursday, June 6th, 2019 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury, following a lengthy illness.
Beloved son of Jeannine (nee Levesque) Mayer of Sudbury and Raynald Mayer (predeceased June 2011). He is also survived by his brother Gary Mayer and two nieces Jennifer and Brittany.
Norm was an accomplished writer and was the former Sports Editor of the Sudbury Star. He was inducted into the Sudbury Sports Hall of Fame in June 2000.
There will be no visitation or service
Cremation and interment have taken place.
