83 years.
Passed away peacefully at Pioneer Manor on Friday, July 5, 2019.
Predeceased by her parents Eric & Esther Nelson. Dear sister of Margaret Schwenzer (husband Heinz) and Eric Nelson (wife Sally). Adored Auntie Mars of Eric Schwenzer (wife Shannon), Tina Anderson (husband J.J.), Andy Schwenzer (wife Marie) and Tammy Joyce (husband Mike). She will also be sadly missed by her many great nieces and nephews. The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff, P.S.W‘s, nurses and doctors at Pioneer Manor for showing incredible care and kindness to Martha. Martha was a long time employee with the CIBC in the New Sudbury Mall. She enjoyed reading, curling, knitting, but most of all she loved her cats.
There will be no visitation or service. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Since Martha had a love for cats, donations to S.A.I.N.T.S would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home.
