Peacefully, Sunday, June 21st, 2015 at Extendicare Falconbridge, Sudbury, with his loving wife of 60 years at his side.
Beloved husband of Gerda (Lamepel) Dyczka. Loving father of Danny (wife Dianne) and Marianne (husband Ihor Krawczyk). Cherished grandfather of Jasen (wife Michelle), Dwayne, and Adam and great grandchildren Darion and Aaden. Dear step-grandfather of Jacques Loiselle (Ivana), Annie Demers (Rick), step-great-grandchildren Dyllan, Nicholas, Vincent, Mia, and step-great-great-granddaughter Payton. Dear son of Danny and Mary Dyczka predeceased. Dear brother of four brothers and two sisters all predeceased. Special uncle to Brunie Willroider (husband Klaus). A retired INCO foreman having 35 years of service, retiring in 1984. Born and raised in the Ukraine, Bill came to Sudbury in 1947. He married Gerda (Lamepel) in 1955 at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic church. He was a longtime Wahnapitae resident, having been a dedicated volunteer in the community. A devout member and supporter of St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in Coniston for many years. He was a faithful worker and supporter of the Youth Association, especially the camp at Hagar. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Bill was devoted to his loving family.

Interment in the St. John Cemetery, Garson.
