Who passed away at Health Sciences North on Friday, August 28th, 2015 with his family by his side.
Loving and devoted husband of Helen Boxma (nee Seppala). Cherished father of Kevin (Dana), Brian (Tammy) and Brent (Cindy). Beloved grandfather of Josee-Anne, Kayley, Paige, Kassi, Isobel and Carter. Dear son of William and Muriel Boxma (both predeceased). Treasured brother of Carol Vaughan (Keith) (both predeceased), Rita Goodmurphy (predeceased) (Armand) and Darlene Davis (predeceased) (Gary). Peter will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Peter loved his family and enjoyed taking family road trips with them. He was a very proud Local 800 Union member and was always outgoing. Peter was the friendliest man who always had time to stop and talk to you no matter what was going on. Peter was very proud of his grandchildren and loved them so very much. He will always be remembered as a diehard Ottawa Senators Fan. The family wishes to express their deepest thanks to the staff at ICAN and the Palliative Care Unit at Health Sciences North.
