I was a spare operator when I first met Joe in 1966 and Until 1986 When I was transferred to Toronto Joe Always Looked After Me When I was dead heading between Capreol and Pembroke !!!! He Had A Heart Of Gold And Always Had A Smile !!!! He Was A Great Railroader And A Joy To Work With !!!! As A Train Dispatcher I Could Always Depend On Joe To Do A Good Job !!!!! He Will Indeed Be Missed By All Who Knew and Loved Him !!!! Rest In Peace Joe !!!!!!
