Beloved wife of Ferdinand “Ferdie” Frank predeceased 2007. Loving mother of Valerie (Patrick Corner), Cindy, Carolyn (Peter), Randy (Leanne), and Darren (Tammy). Cherished grandmother of Andrew, Jeffrey, Christie, Kerri, Kevin, Ashley, Curtis, Ryan, Julia, Stephen, Rebecca, Amanda, Brian, Jarod, Carly, and many great grandchildren. Dear daughter of Harry and Elsie Smith both predeceased. Dear sister of Robert predeceased (Theresa) and Shirley predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Delcie loved to spend time at the Mindemoya camp and go for walks. She enjoyed wonderful health before her illness and was always a sweet and kind hearted person with a positive attitude about life. She was famous for her delicious perogies, which everyone loved.

Saturday, March 3rd, 2018 from 3pm to 4pm with prayers and words of remembrance at 4pm.
Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
